We loved this stylish hotel; its amazing breakfasts, newly decorated rooms. The location was particularly good and ideal, by lake, convenient to go everywhere: )

Fairly clean decent value hotel with a heated pool and a favourable location just off the outskirts of Swansea, shops, nice reception staff and very friendly restaurant service, comfy beds and a taxi into town. Absolutely perfect personnel from the manner of the staff and excellent facilities...

The staff were friendly but I ordered an iron which did not come. The room was clean and comfortable but the bath looked worn/not as clean as it could be around the edges. Tea and coffee nice but would a small biscuit break the bank? Location was convenient and the pleasant immediate surroundings did not reflect the fact it was in the middle of an industrial estate/retail park.

Cheap hotel in a very very nice area adjacent to the restaurant, the bus stop and a lovely lake. Affable personnel on shift. Satisfactory breakfast and on time. Magnificent location, near Celtic Trail.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The meals in the restaurant were excellent. We were both surprised and very pleased with the standard of food served.
This hotel is in desperate need of a makeover and update. We asked for our first room to be changed as it smelt of what can only be described as smelly feet. The hotel and the rooms we saw were extremely drab and depressing. The decor was dark brown and beige. The windows had cobwebs on the inside and were dirty. Very dissapointing. When I booked this room at the Ramada, I was expecting it too be classy but I was so dissappointed. However, the good service provided by the reception and restaurant makes up for such a poor experience.

All staff were warm friendly and v helpful. Liked having a pool for my 14 and 10 year old children. Were on our way to Fishguard ferry back to our home in Ireland and wanted to break the journey. Excellent power-shower. Nice to have space in carpark to repack and organise car boot.
Small point, towel rack in bathroom too small to stretch out and dry all bath towels after swimming. Might be better for pool to supply towels so that bedroom towels are not wet for next shower.

The breakfasts were excellent, the entertainment in the evening was very good, did not eat in the hotel in the evening, but if the evening meals were half as good as the breakfasts, they would be good

The bar was excellent and the staff, in particular the F & B staff were particularly good and helpful.
Breakfast choice could be improved e.g. no option to cooked breakfast
